- Go to the tools section in Google ads then select Business Data then go to data feeds and then from there select dynamic ad feed then from there select your correct industry category from options like education, flights, travel, jobs, hotels, property and local deals.
- Then after selecting a relevant category then download the excel feed template from there and then fill up the required columns as per the headers in the excel feed template file. Then after that upload that file in Google ads. Then Google Ads will automatically create a feed id for you but if your industry is product or e-commerce based then you can ignore these steps you already have had a google merchant centre account where you already have a product data feed id that is auto-generated from google merchant centre which auto fetched by Google Ads.
- Then create a display advertising campaign select your location and audience targeting. In the audience, targeting pick up the relevant remarketing list to whom you want to show your ads. Then go to the additional settings option there then from there select dynamic ads then tick on the option Use dynamic ads feed for personalized ads. Then select the business type after that you'll get the auto-generated feed id. Then select the relevant feed id for the campaign and go ahead and create the display advertising campaign. Once the campaign is live the dynamic ads will also show with the display advertising campaign. Before making the campaign live you also have to put up a global site tag and dynamic remarketing event snippet on all pages of your website.
- Go to the audience manager from there select audience sources and go to google ads tag select remarketing option of actions that users performed on the website. Choose your business type then under advanced settings tick mark on include the user id parameter in the Google Ads tag. Then after that, you'll redirect to remarketing code page. Paste the Global site tag and even snippet code on all pages of the <head> section of your website so that when someone visits your website the re-marketing tags get activated.
