Once you have clearly understood that you are in a job where you have to go to the office for 8 hrs and working there proves like the most torrid time then it's high time for you to move for a better a career opportunity. If you think that your time and energy is being wasted in a dead-end job where neither the company or the management values your talent then you have to question yourself that what you do after the office hrs? Do you go and just relax at home and waste another 4 -5 Hrs? If you are doing this then it's high time to correct this situation immediately. It's better to use the after office hours to boost some technical knowledge or skills which can give you better career opportunities. So it's important to utilize this time for useful sessions rather than blaming the company for the current situation. Always remember the dead-end job is like a "fork in the road" where you only have to remove the fork but that requires sincere efforts and some quality smart work. 



Here are some suggestions on how to get combat a dead-end job
  • Identify your passion: identify your passion, talent or area where you want to make your future and start doing research and analysis on it with some case studies and real-life industry examples

  • Don't stay in a dead-end job for too long: if you have realized that there is no room for growth in your current company then it's better to start exploring new areas or opportunities to get your career growth back on track because staying too long in that tyrant or monotonous job may hamper your confidence and land you in a deep depression.
